Lovely
Lovely location in a beautiful setting. The rooms have no AC, but we managed because the weather was lovely and we could keep the balcony door and bathroom window open for a cross breeze.

The second night of our stay, the hot water for shower ran out and we were told that the water tank will heat up in 40 mins or so, but it didn’t. We ended up showering almost cold water…. And we only used it for less than 30mins.

Hidden gem on the lake with walking track and shops cafes and restaurants close by. Facilities were also great with spas, bikes available if needed. The hotel restaurant was really good with a great selection of wines and meals. Would recommend a longer stay than 1 night...could have stayed a week.

We loved our stay here. It was our 2nd this month. Our unit was exceptional. Meal at the restaurant here, delicious. Very relaxing spot if thats what you want. Great walking area along lake front to town etc.

It is a nice location with mountains and lake views. The front desk staff are knowledgeable, especially Francis who gives us good advice regarding the local hiking. However the hot tubs are not working while we are there.

Lovely area and room. The patio and restaurant at the main building have gorgeous views and food service. There is ongoing construction at the property that makes navigating a bit challenging but there has been no construction noise.

John who works overnight at reception was excellent when I need to call an Ambulance he guided the Ambulance to our room. Staff the next day didn't know anything about it so I said please let him know thank you. Beautiful location, our room was on top floor hard to bring bags up steps. someone else was parked in our allocated spot - all round was difficult to access but a beautiful location. Staff at restaurant are lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We got a free upgrade for our room type. The facilities and grounds were very nice and well kept. The hot tubs were lovely to use after busy days.
