Great location for a short stay

Didn’t get the best of rooms. Situated above air conditioning equipment. Sound was irritating to say the least. Didn’t get the best of sleep. As was the noise from the reception area. Hotel was also getting painted inside . Only there for two nights so just put up with it. Suggest that if your booking , ask for a higher floor. We were on the 2nd floor. Hotel is in a great location right on the beach. Friendly staff were the provide beach towels and deck chairs. Would still recommend, I’m sure this hotel will do better !

Perfect location with fantastic views

Hotel was undergoing a renovation in the lobby, so it looked like a mini construction zone, but did not diminish the excellent service and location this hotel has to offer. We had a room overlooking the ocean and the only issue we noticed (and it wasn't that big of a deal) was it can be a little noisy if there are crowds on the broadwalk. Although, that location also makes it great for views and people watching. Will definitely stay here next time we visit.

Stayed there for one day & evening. The hotel was/is going through some renovations, particularly in the main lobby. However, the staff couldn't have been any more friendly and helpful. The room was quite nice, considering the price... and the location is phenomenal! You are right where you want to be if your staying in Hollywood, FL.

Average stay. Main issue was there was construction going on the entire time. 8:30am wake ups with all the noise and no warning for guests or at least later start times for weekends. I would have rather stayed else where so I could sleep in. Room was small but clean (except for sand on the floor), bed comfortable, great ac, and lots of warm water/ good pressure for showers. Rooms lacked some basics like towel hook and luggage rack, but it did have a full length mirror, fridge and microwave. Amazing location and the beach is steps away. Overall, I would have liked somewhere quieter, but average stay.

Hotel is unsafe and currently under renovations. They should not be charging full price. The railing was a piece plywood, anyone could of easily bumped into it and fell over. Also room was supposed to have a balcony and it didnt. Photos do not show the true conditions of the hotel and room.

The hotel was under renovation during our stay. I feel we should have been notified of this, as there was a lot of beeping noises from machines, blocked elevator entrances, etc. However, the staff was friendly and helpful at all times, almost made up for it. Rooms were still very nice, although no pictures on any walls. Prime location for walkable Hollywood boardwalk

The lobby is currently under renovation so I'm not gonna hold that against them. However, the walls are paper thin and you can literally hear everything. Not sure about traffic on the boardwalk because it was late and there wasn't a ton of people out but you can hear every single thing the room next to you is doing and saying, and I could tell that they weren't being overly loud. Just normal speaking voice. Also the beds felt cheap and very firm. And this is coming from someone who really likes a firm bed.

Location was superb, price was decent! Bummed that the hotel was being renovated but staff was friendly and helpful. It was a bonus that our room was ready to check in several hours early and they allowed us to do so. Music from next door restaurant was really loud late into the night and again at 5am but that’s our only complaint.
