Very clean and kind people. Shuttle bus was also very convenient. Breakfast was awesome!

The Ibis Styles Ambassador Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Nice room and bed. Important to note that at the ICN airport, terminals 1 and 2 are very very far apart and the hotel is quite far from terminal 1 and it was difficult getting transportation to the hotel. The staff was very helpful and provided me a very reasonable hourly rate for late checkout.

They offered vouchers for free welcome drinks at a café in their hotel. They upgraded us from queen to a king suite for free upon check-in! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

I had a great time during my Korea trip this time . It is easy to go anywhere from here . the atmosphere of this hotel also make me feel like home too.

Staff were very considerate and helpful. Breakfast was simple, but good. The rooms seems to be designed in the style that caters to traveling Japanese business men. My room was small, but enough room for one traveler looking for a clean and safe place to sleep. The only improvement I could suggest to the hotel is to provide foldable platforms in the room so guests can lay their luggage on top of something. All in all, a great value in a convenient location in close proximity to multiple train lines.
