Stayed here many times prev. Excellent location and convenient. Staff throughout are totally professional courteous and friendly with a ca do attitude. Breakfast area gets very cramped during peak hours and annoying.

The five-palm is the epitome of luxury! I enjoyed the quick check-in process and also the attention to detail in the room. My only feedback is the breakfast service. I understand the staff is trying to accommodate a lot of ppl at once but I would prefer my beverage be brought to me vs the self-serve option its a bit much trying to bring both your meal and drink to the table at once. Also, it's a bit frustrating when you've already sat down and asked for water, and instead of being brought a glass, u are directed to where u can find it yourself. Beyond that my stay at the five palm was very pleasurable

Our room was top class and the service from front desk staff was of high quality. Breakfast staff and cleaning staff for our room were absolutely fantastic. Overall our experience was great thats why we keep going back to the same hotel.
