Excellent service. There are vending machines in the lobby area and a bar/restaurant. There is a pizza maker machine in the lobby area as well. There are a few grocery stores a few minutes away. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious.

The tram is a 7 min walk and the metro is a 14min walk. I liked that its away from all the noise of downtown Amsterdam but still easy to access, they sell daily transport passes at the office. Rooms are pretty basic but no microwaves and the beds were comfy.

The hotel itself is good, but the area it’s in can be seedy at night especially around the Albert Heijn. We had some troubles with check-in but they were resolved and we were given a small compensation for the troubles after providing an honest review of the check-in process. Unfortunately, during our second night a spill happened on one of the beds, so we put out the sign the next morning for housekeeping. When we returned that night the beds were nicely made but the obviously stained sheet was still on the bed so we had to flip it and turn the sheet so the stain was at the feet area. The people marking off those coming for breakfast were lovely and bright.

Everyone at the front desk was awesome!!!! Stayed 11 nights. Best vacation of my entire life!!!! Came from Colorado. Planning to come back in May, would not think of staying anywhere else!!! Superb customer service on the part of them all. They did such a great job!! See you next time!!!

Ground floor rooms are noisy waste pipe drainage runs into room so get constant noise from toilet. Walls are thin so can hear next door. Windows are not facing outside, but back into the hotel, so no natural light.

Good stay in Amsterdam
Good location outside the bustling centre, which meant quiet nights but conveniently 10-15 minutes into town. The staff were so helpful and nice. The hotel felt a lot newer than expected - we enjoyed the small touches like the pizza machine, etc. The room was larger than expected and very comfortable. The bathroom is where it loses a star but big enough, good shower.

Excellent Stay!
This was a great stay, not too far from Amsterdam Centraal (20-30 minutes) either by #2 tram and/or M51 Henk Sneevlietweg station, convenient as well as a nearby Lidl or Albert Heijin (supermarket). Room was excellent and clean with a small refrigerator, A/C, heater, etc… all good! All within city limits for walking, great! Nearby Döner place (owner is friendly!) and pizza place…This hotel even has a automatic pizza vending machine you see in Japan too which is 24/7 (see picture - takes only card just like all of Netherlands now..) (hotel is 24/7). I will stay again here especially for the price and convenience!

Parking cost 25 Euros a day. The hotel tax was 35 Euros for two nights. It was collected when we checked in. Just FYI about the extra costs. Staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and had a nice lobby area. Breakfast was too expensive so did not use their breakfast (I think it was 30 Euros for breakfast). Loved having a small fridge in the room. Overall, we had a nice stay and only one concern. I found the foam mattress on the bed to be too soft; it sinks, and the pillows are firm and huge. It wasn't the most comfortable way to sleep, but it might work for you if you have a flexible curved spine. It's not ideal for stomach or side sleepers. Still, it's doable and I would consider staying here again. It's one of the few hotels that offer triple twin beds, so friends don't have to share their sleeping space.

Highly recommended
The staff were super friendly, the room spotlessly clean. A lilttle out of town, which is what I wanted as this meant we could walk round some of the bearby gardens and canals. Highly recommended.
