Amsterdam Family Visit
Hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location was good with tram, bus and train options nearby. We would definitely recommend the property to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

The hotel is a 15 mn to 20 mn car ride from al the center. If you want you can take public transportation, Uber or bolt . I won’t recommend taxi because they took 10 to 15 mn to get to you. The hotel is beautiful, the decor is contemporary modern. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly .

Nothing wrong with the area around the property but also nothing great about it hence why average. It is a bit far from town so you only come to sleep, nothing happening around the property. There is a bus, train and tram stop not very far between 5-10 minutes work so getting to town is easy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Met. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us advice and assistance with our in-city travel plans. They explained a bit about the public transit system to us, had transit passes on hand to sell us, and helped arrange taxi service—very useful for a party of seven! Rooms were tidy and spacious, and the neighborhood location was just right for us: easy walking distance to public transport, but out of the hustle and bustle. Hope to return some day!
