Have stayed here before and all staff are so courteous and efficient. Very relaxing stopover. Food is superb

This us the 3rd time we have stayed. We are usually in an appartment in the hall itself and have always had a fantastic time. I was abit disappointed that we weren't staying in the hall this time but as it turned out we still had the best time. We stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment and it was massive. Beautiful inside and modern. It was more peaceful than the hall. The appartment was spotless, the cleaners do such a good job. The grounds are well kept. You feel very safe. The staff helpful and friendly. Lovely clean leisure centre/pool. Cant wait to come back next year whether its in the hall or not.

Hotel was ideal for a one night stay has will was going to a birthday party, The rooms was comfortable and clean, probably in need of some TLC . I bit weary in places, but again it was not expensive. Breakfast was ok, not much choice but again, breakfast was in with the price and we wasn’t expecting to get breakfast. So can not complain Car parking was excellent. It was a dog friendly hotel, which is great for dog lovers,

Fabulous stay at the hotel even though we didn’t have time to use spa facilities they looked great and breakfast was lovely too although I am a tea drinker so would be better if we had more than 2 tea bags in the room if I had to be picky

The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. The food was delicious.

Had to book for myself and 2 children for 2 nights due to work being done on our home we had a family room it was clean beds were comfortable and was quiet would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone we also decided to stay for breakfast on the last morning and that was brilliant too and not overly priced.
