I only stayed here one night briefly after a flight from the United States, before moving to another hotel in Bangkok to stay with my son. The room was fine, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I have no complaints, but no special reason to give it five stars either.

Great amenities and wonderful staff. Beds are comfortable and water pressure in shower is excellent. The pool is nice and the breakfast buffet is really good! Room service food is super tasty! The hotel is right around the corner from the mall, which isbextrmely convenient!

We stayed for five days: the pool furniture Robinson Mall nearby, definitly to visit, very good clothes staff very friedly and helpfull AC food in the restaurant (especially dinner) - some things (mango) weren't available (but in the menu)

All in all a small hotel, the toilets needed a plumber 3 times. The pool area opens at 9:30 a.m. You cannot use any other place to do some sports. We had to pay for an extra night because we asked to make a late departure until the evening at the hotel. Not worth the price
