Pet friendly accommodation in Bonifacio Global City

When I visit Manila, Dusit is the hotel I normally stay. I love the location, the amenities, staff, etc. I want to extend my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received during my recent stay, specifically from Jayvie Enrique. I believe he's a trainee. From the moment I arrived, he took my luggage and me feel welcomed and valued. Jayvie stood out with his attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness. It's clear that he's dedicated in creating a memorable and positive experience for all guests. Please pay along my thanks and commendation. Good job, Dusit Thani Manila. I will certainly be recommending your hotel to friends and family, and I look forward to returning on my next visit.

The place is perfect for both long and short term stays. Stayed here for a total of 8 days

A couple fo suggestions: 1. Smoking area to put a couple of outdoor chairs for cigar smokers. 2. Outdoor cafe dining area the the swing doors should have auto openers as diners carrying trays have hands full 3. More different tea bags in rooms as oly green tea available.

Staff was very professional and the facilities were very comfortable and clean

Very convenient. Literally next to airport and major upscale shopping mall. Nice rooftop deck, cafe (drinks) and swimming pool. I stay here if arriving very late in Manila or very early flight the next day.

I thought that the hotel was very good shout out to Klinton ( staff member ) in the dining room Meals at the hotel were exceptional Overall good experience Would recommend
