This hotel is not same as on advertising pictures . They used the AI version . Hotel was so dirty and we did not check in . After that we have requested refund but they refused the refund . This is totally scam . They adverise as like new hotel but all broken . We have the proof of pictures

The hotel is in a perfect location. Walking distance from dining and entertainment. The staff was polite and friendly. Pool area clean. We stayed in the king size ocean view room. The view was absolutely stunning. The con is the room needs an upgrade. Bathroom is too small, the jacuzzi was outdated and the flooring although clean , there were a lot of scuff marks and cracks on the tiles.

This property was advertised as all inclusive, but when we arrived we were told it was no longer the case. No refund, even after speaking with Expedia, the owners, and the managers. Every website you see for this property will say all-inclusive, but it is a ruse. The food is mediocre and expensive. The staff is very nice, and this obviously has nothing to do with them. Just grifting owners and Expedia letting them get away with it.

Great view and easy walk to the hotel zone but be careful with where you place their towels. House keeping took a towel we used and when it came to checking out they charged us $25 US dollars when it wasn’t our fault. Charged us $7 US dollars for “dirtying a towel” towel was used to avoid leaking from shower since the door left a gap.
