I would stay again, amazing views. Staff is amazing, I felt very safe. Walkable distance to everything. Love the mirrors and different places they have on around the hotel to take pictures. My only thing is Water pressure in tubs & shower could have been better. Took over 1 hour to fill the tub.

It looks nicer than it is. We got two rooms and both were given other peoples rooms. The cleanliness was okay but not great. The best part was the views to the beach from the pool area.

Every thing was good the room ,close to the pool area and beach front the only thing was the service at the beach club they didn’t let me eat my chips there because I didn’t buy them with they even that we buy multiple drinks and ceviches,that’s why I took off one star ,other than that everything was great the room was always clean .

good location !! I rent the penhouse for my vacation, the beach view from my room is so beautiful but water from the air conditioner leaked and ran onto the floor . The infrastructure appears to be old and not upgraded. Front desk is not friendly.

Liked the location of the property, the pool, and how close it was to the beach…I DISLIKED that the bathrooms were dirty, the toilets wouldn’t flush half the time, and the front desk at check in was rude and charged us for having a minor when the room was for 4 people.
