Family accommodation in Chinatown

Spacious room with city views, restaurant and bar available, affordable food stalls/shops within walking distance. We'd prefer the reception area to be more convenient and accessible on the ground floor rather than on 7th floor.

Nice staff. Great location. Breakfast needs improvement with more fresh products.

It would be better if the property has dining service.

Amazing hotel! Room was great and sound proving is also but always room for improvement. TV channel is well loaded with a lot of free movies. Can just chill and movie whole day.

The biggest advantage of staying at Aloft KL was the convenience for using public transportation- MRT, LRT etc.. The hotel is connected to the KL Sentral station and a mall. From the airport I took the Klia Express to KL Sentral to get to Aloft and there are visible signs at the station to get to the hotel without leaving the stn.. The train to Batu Caves can also be accessed at KL stn.. Breakfast options were great from eggs to local cuisine and a variety of small pastries. The room was clean and spacious where you could spread out your luggage(s). Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. Would stay here again.

Every aspect was great 👍 Only problem we were not notified of renovations going on. The club and the spa was being renovated and this was a bit letdown for us.
