All staff were brilliant especialy Kyle behind the bar and the two young lady's at breakfast nothing too much From check in to check out very professional

Stayed here a few times and it’s a lovely hotel. The staff are fantastic and very polite. Very central only a short walk into town. The food is very good.

Lovely place to stay, room was spotless and spa/pub was great

We recently stayed at the North Lakes Hotel & Spa as a stopover on our journey from Scotland to England, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the family room was perfect for us. The children were thrilled to find named biscuits and their own welcome packs waiting on arrival – such a thoughtful touch! One of my personal highlights was the fresh milk machine just outside our room, which made bedtime bottles for the kids super easy. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and catered really well to our family’s needs. While the hotel was incredibly child-friendly overall, we did find the restaurant a bit tricky – it was lovely but hard to get a reservation, and it didn’t feel quite as geared towards families as the rest of the hotel. That said, we would absolutely return and highly recommend it for anyone travelling with children – it made our long journey so much more enjoyable and comfortable.

The staff were very freindly and helpful the property is old but it well kept and nothing I can think to complain about 🌟
