Don Muang accommodation with spa

Amazing lobby and great food. Spa was fantastic. The only reason I gave four instead of five stars is because of poor hot water pressure in the bathroom sink. I would stay there again for sure.

The only issue I have is that the "airport hotel" is a twenty minute ride from the airport and had only one shuttle vehicle available. This means that shuttle times are very limited.

Easily one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Their Sky Bar & restaurants were amazing. They even allowed us late check out but then gave us a complimentary room for an hour in the evening to freshen up before we left for the airport. This was a game changer & have never had this before. Was a blessing with small kids. I couldn't fault them anywhere. Will definitely be returning back to Lebua when we are in Bangkok next time.

Staff was friendly and amazing! Ms. Pim of the 19th floor reception skillfully presented me with all the information needed to allow me to get comfortable at this property. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. A lack of working outlets near the bed and throughout the bathroom did pose some inconvenience. Only real issue was on both occassions when I scheduled for the room to be refreshed by a certain time, it was not completed on time. Having an understanding of staffing and challenges in housekeeping, I made each of my requests 3 to 4 hours ahead of the requested time. Although, I had to push an appointment as a result of the missed marks, I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

As described good hotel, generally the staff were nice apart from the man taking the suitcases for hold before leaving, he was very rude. Apart from that happy days would recommend.
