The service was absolutely disgusting. It is close to the airport and that’s exactly what I was looking for, but the customer service was indescribable. The front desk worker, Princess, was rude, dismissive, and very inpatient. I booked a room ahead of time and got there a lot later than check in time, there was no one else in the lobby, so there was nothing to be inpatient about. She wore gloves the entire time of check in, which is disgusting when she’s touching every single thing on the desk and then my cards, and then her stuff again. She would keep whispering and when asking her to repeat herself multiple times she got very rude and had an attitude.
There was a security “guard” there but instead of patrolling around the lobby and looking out for deliveries coming in or people walking through the door, this man was standing over me and making it much more uncomfortable. The area is not bad, I appreciate that they have the security, but when I walked through the lobby multiple times, he was sitting on his phone in the corner and not paying attention to anyone walking through, which was totally different than the experience 10 min prior.
5/10 would stay here again, only if I needed to be at the airport right away. 8/10 would stay here again due to price, and if there was a different staff on.
