The free breakfast was non-existent. We were lucky to have coffee in the morning. Room we were in was damp and musty; the sofa had an awful smell (it felt that somebody had puked on it) and it was filthy. We covered it with sheets and blankets. On the ground floor, the outside hallway doors are left open so smokers can go in and out without the room key. A safety and security concern.

Terrible service: dirty, no fire detector, wire hãng out, smell mold, old bath our children don’t even bath, smoke smell heavy in the room(resquested non smoke), no breakfast, just coffees, serving 6:30-9:30am. We came out 730 am. Worse service we ever have. Never coming back to this Hotel brand. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Stayed here for two nights layover due to reasonable rates. Will never stay here again. Water pressure poor bathroom tub stained. Got a rash that damagedy skin and I am still fighting to correct two weeks later. You get what you pay for. Seek another establishment!

The photos look great but the property is terrible. The entire property smelled bad. The rooms were dirty. Our room was supposed to provide us with 2 bed and a pull out coach, the mattress for the couch was disgusting. It was dusty and there was a dead cockroach! The bathroom was dirty and incredibly outdated. We had to stay as it was 2 am when we arrived but we didn’t want to touch anything as it looked dusty and incredibly dirty. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

It was a bad smelling room. It smelled like trash when I first went in there the hot water did not work. You had to wait about 30 minutes for it to get warm as well as they put me by the end of the hallway where an emergency exit was and that’s all I heard last night. Was somebody in and out the emergency exit.

Por todas partes del hotel había un olor a cigarrillo y sustancias no adecuadas, tanto dentro como en los parqueaderos. Persona muy raras estaban hospedadas, no nos sentíamos seguros dentro del hotel. El check in demoro 2 horas para realizarlo, habían muchas personas en espera. Los utensilios para la cocina no eran los adecuados. En definitiva no lo recomendaría.
