We (2 adults) stayed for 4 nights at this property during February vacation week. We would not recommend staying here. We stayed on the 4th floor. The walls are paper thin, our room did not look anything like the pictures posted on Expedia. The TV in our room was mounted on the wall completely crooked. The mattress was about 1.5 feet off the ground, our carry on suitcase was taller than the bed.
There is no coffee maker in the room; it is an espresso machine. The front desk was rarely staffed. There are at least 45+ rooms at this property and there were 12 umbrellas and 24 chairs set up on the beach each morning and they are first come, first served and no possibility of getting additional chairs or umbrellas. The breakfast is very basic continental style with cereal, breads, pastries, and bananas and apples. Valet parking is required and an additional $29 per night. Housekeeping is an additional $35 per day. We got 2 towels, 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels for our stay and had to complain to get more towels for our 4 night stay.
Our first day there, I contacted Kasa to get assistance. I sent pictures of our room to the email provided and texted them to the phone number provided but did not get a response, although I was told they would be happy to help us.
I felt like I was staying at a hostel and will not be returning. I am disappointed in the customer service provided by Kasa, even after contacting them and letting them know about our room.
