Property did not meet our expectations, it is good place, but so overrated. We had to wait a whole night for towels, and there is very limited availability of front desk. TV was not smart. Breakfast and location were great.

Floors were not clean, sand and dirty tile. Coffee machine so loud it could wake the dead. Valet parking mandatory- not disclosed until arrival so tacked on an additional $150. Room was way smaller than photos showed for a king room. Very deceiving. But the saving grace was beachfront with free chairs and free breakfast.

Staff was very responsive to your needs. In the 7 days we were there, we only needed there service 2 times. Both times asking for more towels and body sope. They were very polite. They don’t manage the front desk for more than a few hours per day. The valet parking, although nice, seemed a bit to expensive each day $29.00 p/d. That’s small complaints compared to just how beautiful the place was. The beach/ocean was so fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room , staff , the breakfast omggg the welcoming letter in our room valet was awesome I just wish you didn’t have to pay and there was a self park option other then that we lived everything! And this is literally right on the beach you don’t have to leave for anything if you don’t want too
