The Manager D is amazing, she rectified a terrible check- in situation. It was a convenient location to the areas I needed to go to for my vacation. One of the issues I had was the elevator key, my key got demagnetized and at a few points the elevator would not take/ recognize my key to bring me to my floor. Of my 6 day, my room was serviced twice which I feel was not acceptable and items in the room ran out.
