Plunge is a hidden gem, front desk was exceptional in terms of upgrade and assisting with a change in original stay length. Area is walking distance to restaurants and bars, safe, quiet and pool and beach are great.

Property was pretty nice. Breakfast was good. Location was good. Carpet in the first room we got was filthy and smelled so bad we all could not bear it . We got different room with better carpet . Location of the room was nice so we decided to stay . Hotel building is old and needs renovation . Elevators are very old and slow. The biggest plus of the hotel is its location. It’s right on the beach !

A bit disappointed
A weird thing but no screen doors on the Juliet balcony. I also found the layout of the resort a bit odd. Felt tight and confining accessing the pool while the office and social areas were across the street in a separate building. It's an old hotel dressed up with quirky but nice modern decor. Bed and pillows were comfortable and everything was kept very clean and tidy.

Great property on the beach with excellent customer service. Nothing was ever a problem, any issue was quickly fixed, very responsive. The hotel is in a walkable distance to the shopping mall.

Everything was great. My only comment would be that we checked in early and was given a handicap accessible room but weren't told. Shower was flat so water went everywhere and there was no counter space in the bathroom. Would recommend and world go back.

We got a beach front, balcony room. Room was okay, not luxurious. Unfortunately, the weather was not warm enough to enjoy the veach and we stated only 1 night. Parking and lobby was across the street and nobody offer help with luggage. The pool was warm and granddaughter enjoyed it. The beach-front bar looked fun and good, but with our limited time, I didnt even have time to enjoy my 2 drink vouchers. There is a fun area with restaurants and shops. We dined at Benihana.

Fine but we expected more for the cost
We had a good stay. For the price, though, we expected it to be a bit higher end. The beach access, chairs, and umbrellas were a nice perk. The pool was good, but standard. The food at the beach bar wasn’t great or worth the prices. The coffee bar was only open until 1 pm, which was inconvenient (in-room print materials indicated the coffee bar was open until 5 pm). It was convenient to have a Publix and CVS across the street, but most good food options (with a few exceptions) were about an 11-minute walk away. If you want hotel beach access/beach amenities, this could be a good option. If you want a really nice/big pool and great food on site, this may not be what you’re looking for.

The only thing was that there was a big tree at our balcony so couldnt see the ocean very well. We paid for ocean view and was Partially obstructed. The pool and bar staff were wonderful as for the front desk . The octopus restaurant was very good as for the other coffee shop was good too. People been very nice.

Being on the beach is a perk. The view from our room was awesome. The lobby area was good but They should have the inside bar open at night. The outside bar is good as long as weather is good. Some areas could be upgraded which I believe they are working on. Loved that they have bikes to use. It may matter to some that the lobby is across the street from the building on the beach. It was odd in the morning to go across the street for coffee but if I were to go back I would pick the same building

Little rough but nice resort
The room we were in was very clean, the bed was rock hard and we woke up every day sore but with lots of stretching found relief. Remember when booking this is a pet friendly resort. Loved seeing all the dogs as I am a dog lover. The problem was the room next door had a dog that barked at night, most of the night and early morning. Addressed it after night 1 but nothing was done and when checking out was told I should of said something (which I did). Overall the resort is nice and quiet

Nice place, no complaints. It is a ‘hippy’ vibe and decor, Walking distance to main town square. Beach access is close. Pool is clean and heated-very nice. Beach and poolside service is attentive. Dissatisfied with extra parking fees added on top of room fees AND resort fees.
