This felt like a corporate seminar facility with hotel rooms. While not a bad hotel, it didn't have a fun vacation vibe. You need to take an Uber or drive everywhere which makes it a little inconvenient. Very limited dining options within walking distance.

While initially, the facility looked great from the lobby, the room initially had a nice smell but eventually had a fishy smell which we finally found came from the refrigerator. There were also ants on the entertainment center/desk. The piping for the shower was broken.

Nicole..Nicole!!! I didnt know she was the Manager until after my stay when I called to speak to a manager about her exemplary service. I was evacuating Tampa from the storm and it was my Bday also, Nicole went Above & Beyond to accommodate me and make sure my stay allowed me to get my mind off Everything back home. She is a prime example of how Leadership and Customer Service should be implemented, and a great role model to her team. I will certainly be back again! Thank you!

Something is off
Lobby smelt musty. After getting into our room smelled really moldy. No water pressure in sink or shower. TV quit working@ midnight. Room is not very clean. Draperies and carpet are dirty. The first time we stayed here had a totally different experience. Will not be back.

good convenient location just off 95..and about a 15min drive to beaches..lots off restaurants and shopping close by...only negative it was a doggy hotel.. some barking at night ..normal hotels walls..great service....would stay here again.
