Nice new hotel, very clean and very near both seoul airports

Overall great value for money. The bed is big and the room was clean. They provide you with the basic amenities you will get at any other hotel. The breakfast is also quite good with the standard buffet options and also local breakfast options. The staff is friendly and very helpful with information about transportation and dining options in Gangnam. There are two metro stops close to the hotel both for line 9 which makes it easy to get to Gimpo airport or connect to Incheon. There is also an express line to Gimpo that runs from Sinnonhyeon station.

The service was top-notch—staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. Whether it was check-in, housekeeping, or just holding the door or calling the elevator, everything ran smoothly. The location was a plus. It provided easy access to the metro right outside the door, and great coffee, confidence, and dining options nearby on foot.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The location was perfect—close to everything, making it easy to explore. The property was spotless, with excellent cleanliness throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay with exceptional service.

The hotel is on the nice place in Coex Seoul. W o was on 17 floor and no problem with noise from construction on the street. Breakfast is good with varieties of food. Staff in the hotel as all Koreans are very kind. Coex is nice area and subway is just 1 min walk from the hotel. There’s no problem walking around at any time. We had cca 110000 walking steps for 6 days stay.
