Everything was great except that they lost my luggage when I checked in. They took my bag to another guest's room and that guest called the front desk repeatedly but no one answered. I called the front desk repeatedly over an hour and finally tracked my bag down as I waited at the front desk and the guest returned the bag themself

Cheap and clean hotel in a convenient area

We stayed one night because we arrived in Nairobi late and didn’t want to fuss over getting into the city. The hotel shuttle is easy to pick up from the airport and well marked. We were greeted by friendly staff who anticipated our needs and questions. We had a clean room and enjoyed the rooftop bar after checking in. The next morning we had a lovely breakfast filled with familiar dishes and some local one too.

Excellent services from security guard, front desk, housekeeping to restaurant services they are all good and care. Breakfast is excellent. The pool is heated, how wonderful it is. Location in the heart of the business centre with lots of restaurants choices. National museum, national theatre, craft markets, parliament within walking distance. Just a little old, but clean.

Bit of a gem this hotel, efficient and helpful staff, nice and varied food, comfortable and clean rooms, everything I look for and a good location. I have found my stay here easy and enjoyable, I would return.

Everyone was very welcoming and genuinely nice whether it was the service in their 3 restaurants, walking around in the hotel, or asking for information. Always willing to help even for a visit at the city market or a quick history tour of the hotel of the great explorers Stanley and Livingstone. Live music 3 times a week and the buffets were always very tasty.
