The apartment was spacious and clean. The facilities were great! The only downer was that we couldn't use the virtual golf facility as you need your own golf clubs and who takes those on holidays? Otherwise, pool, spa, sauna, steam rooms were great and a sizeable balcony to enjoy a glass in the evenings! The staff were amazing! I would definitely stay there again.

From the outside of the property it looks very luxurious however the apartments themselves are very tired they're clean the couches are a bit old there's no service you do have a kitchen you are very close to the beach which is exceptional and very close to the life saving club which has great meals and very affordable drinks we enjoyed our stay there however I couldn't give it a five-star rating because the units are so tired

We loved our stay in a one bedroom apartment. It was larger than we'd expected and had everything we needed plus a stunning view for the couch when we watched tv with windows on both sides. We were on the 4th floor which we thought would be noisy due to ground level noise but it wasn't except for the trams - they ran until late and started early so I still needed earplug and wore a face mask to block out the early morning light. The property was only a short walk from inner surfers however the tram stop is just near the Artique and you can catch a tram two stops (for $0.50!) to north broadbeach where there is a strip of amazing restaurants. We'd recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Hi ,Everything we needed was walking distance we enjoyed our 6 nights there at Artique Surfers Paradise happy with the facilities there too , The only thing I would change is get a ocean view room , But over all I’ll give 10 out of 10 regards Darren

Amazing Front office Staff

Staff member at check in was super friendly and professional with a big smile. Artique apartments are definitely showing wear and tear but keeping in mind that they are individually owned, perhaps the owner of the apartment I stayed in doesn't want to spend money on a refresh. Kitchen floor tiles in desperate need of steam mop. Cleanliness was ok. Bed was super comfortable and extremely clean. Amazing views from level 22. I would highly recommend if you get a good rate and requiring centrally located accommodation.

Hotel was certainly good and it worked well for us during our week stay. We did find it was quite noisy at night with foot traffic and being by the tram. Staff were friendly and facilities were good. Unfortunately we didn’t get to the pool because there wasn’t any sun on it for most of the days due to shade from the hotel. Very convenient location by the tram and walking distance to surfers main area. However, we do think that it looked a lot better online than it actually did (ie. cleanliness, furniture, amenities) and the shower was extremely small (my 6 foot partner didn’t fit under the shower head) which made our initial impression a bit underwhelming. Overall, happy with our stay and would recommend to others wanting to save a bit of money on accommodation.

Apartment was a bit tired and run down. Kitchen missing things like chopping board. Could provide extra towels for the pool. Some of the blinds were difficult to put up and down and some draws hard to open. However in a good location with parking included, bedrooms good size and great views.
