The property was ok in terms of an average stay. We found cockroaches around the apartment and we were on the 14th level. Also found some mouldy towels in the washer which the cleaners obviously forget to check and clean. The furniture was worn and old, the beds a little hard. It’s was a small space for 2 bedroom and slightly crammed.

Very happy with our stay at self serviced appartments, very good position close to the beach, and city centre. Everyone employed in Artique was nice and helpful for anything we needed, and we wouldn’t mind to stay there again.

Great stay. Spacious accommodation and massive outdoor space. Friendly, accommodating staff. Only down side is limited space to store luggage pre check in/post check out (not an issue if you have minimal luggage)

We loved the pool, unfortunately the cleanliness of the room we stayed in was pretty poor. I felt a bit gross using the shower. The washing machine also needs to be cleaned, agitator was full of mould. Please also clean the kettle!

It was a good place for holiday the location is like 5 min walk from the beach and tram station, the sauna the pool 👍, however the curtain in our room have so many holes, and on the 2nd day there was cockroach in our room
