We love staying here and it is our 2nd time back. Excellent location and facilities. The only negative is both times we found the bathrooms were not very clean. But otherwise we love this place.

We stayed here for three nights in September excellent location a few streets away from Cavill st which meant that it was quiet but close to the action. Short walk to the beach. Ocean view apartment had a stunning view with large balcony. A few small issues with drain making gurgling noises, some mould on bottom of curtains but otherwise was very good for the price point. The underground parking has fairly low clearance at 2.05m which meant we had to park on the street which has a lot of parking restrictions. All in all a good place to stay. I would stay again.

Don’t stay here, find a cleaner place.
We stayed for five nights but would not stay again. The unit we had, was very dirty, many stains on worn carpet and bathroom vanity had many cracks in it, the shower drainage was blocked. The outside main balcony was covered in mould and we couldn’t use it. The oven was filthy with no baking dish. Cockroaches in bathroom and the valance on the bed was placed upside down! Inside windows were filthy, all in all not a good place to stay. The units only have two lift’s, I would hate to be in the place when it’s busy.

Overall location was good and good space. We did find pest activity in our apartment and told the receptionist at check out and the reaction seemed it was not a surprise. They apologized but that definitely put a damp In the experience.

Stayed there for a few nights in a two bedroom standard apartment. The floor felt sticky and there were a couple things left behind from the previous people who stayed there. There was also a funky smell coming from the air con. We have a large family car and the parking spaces in the basement were very narrow. The hotel was easy to get to which was a plus. Overall, apartment was average.

the place was wonderful. however, there was some rubbish left behind by the previous guest that I suppose the cleaner didn't find. there was mould in the bathroom sink but once that was washed away the place was amazing. perfect walking distance to the shops and beach and tram stop a 4 minute walk away. would recommend to stay. would go again.
