Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I would not recommend staying at this property for many reasons. Despite being in an excellent location, the property has not been maintained or managed to a level that justifies its price. It boasts a private pool and an amazing view, as well as a spacious living room. However it severely lacks in cleanliness especially. The property was rundown though this is acceptable if the property is clean. It was not. Kitchenware was dirty, the floors were sticky, the linen and towels had stains on them. There were insects and even a lizard in the apartment. This was an extremely unpleasant experience.
The management team was also not able to provide the service we expected.
Check in was supposed to be at 2pm; unfortunately the room was not available until almost 4pm without any compensation. We were not told when the room was ready as advised by the qstay team and had to visit the office in person to finally get the room sorted.
We were meant to have 2 keys. We were provided with 1 and a promise that the 2nd would be delivered to us the next day. It never came.
The sauna was padlocked despite access being advertised. The TV in the main bedroom does not work at all. These are the type of amenities that made me book this property yet they were not available.
At the advertised price point, this property is not worth booking. There are other properties nearby which have a similar excellent location but are either cheaper or better.
