This is well located, good beach views, quiet, good kitchen, oven, fridge, etc. Refurbished, clean, well equipped, everything works. Not super luxury but everything you want and need. Vey easy to get in and out, even after hours. Large balcony with good ocean views. The only let down was a slightly hard, springy mattress- the bed could have been more comfortable. Very good value for money.

We arrived earlier than check in and were made to feel immediately welcome and given an apartment straight away. The guys on reception were friendly and really helpful. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and welcoming, we had the best views on 15th floor - can't complain at all! The tiny little things that might have helped were a few additions like air freshener for the loo and tissues in the bedrooms, maybe some salt and pepper for the kitchen - but honestly it was not a drama and not expected. We highly recommend the Pacific Resort and would stay again in a heartbeat - thank you very much to everyone there!

Unfortunately we booked during a renovation which was not posted on the site. The room we booked was dated and did not look as good as the rooms on Expedias site, however as we found out the rooms are individually owned and therefore will differ. The service from the guys at the front desk was excellent and saved the whole experience for us. I would in the future contact them first to make sure you get an up to date room, great service , great location but please update your photos to match the offer

Common areas are a bit tired. The internal of the apartment - even though it was neat and clean - is also a bit tired, but value-for-money was great; location was great; access was easy; we enjoyed the stay.

The property is well located to the beach and plenty of options to eat and shop at. onsite parking is very tight to say the least, was assigned a parking space only to have someone else decide they wanted to park in it instead. Need to fix the alarm system as having to evacuate the building at 1:30am and almost again at 2:30am not ideal when on a holiday. Herd this has happened in the past. would have second thoughts of staying there again.

This property is always a favorite for it location. Sadly on this visit the property next door had a water fault requiring a truck to pump out the water, which meant on three afternoons when I would have liked to have been relaxing by the pool I was unable to due to the noise.
