LOUNGE ROOM – sundrenched with full floor to ceiling glass showing views of the beach and/or mountains from every window. Smart TV connected to fetch top box so you get a whole lot more channels and access to Netflix, Youtube and great for spotify just to name a few. Also has a double sofa bed.
DESIGNER KITCHEN - this is the centre piece of the unit with all appliances and fully self-contained. Has an abundance of amazing views, natural light and great breezes.
DINING ROOM – has seating for 8 indoors but also has an outdoor dining table with seating for 8. There is a games machine so the kids can be entertained for hours.
MAIN BEDROOM – extra large bedroom that has 2 long single bed and 2 single trundles together an ensuite with corner spa. Has its own separate air-conditioner and the beach views are amazing from this room either from bed, the bath or from the connected balcony.
BEDROOM 2 – large bedroom with a King bed and a single pull out bed together with an ensuite and its own separate air-conditioner
BEDROOM 3 - has 2 extra-long single beds. Also has a 50inch TV for the kids to be entertained away from the adults. The beach sunrise is amazing from this room that has access to one of the balconies.
POWDER ROOM - has a toilet and basin
LAUNDRY - has an automatic washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities are supplied.
BALCONY – the balcony is almost as big as the unit, and the unit is BIG. There are 2 sunbeds for your lazy days watching the world and whales go by. Also has 2 seating areas depending on your preference for the day/hour. You get the most amazing sunrise and sunsets, in fact they are insta worthy.
RESORT FACILITIES – Ice machine, vending machines, arcade/games room, outdoor lagoon style pool with sandy beach and 2 water slides, tropical plunge pool and spa, indoor heated pool and spa, onsite restaurant, secure parking and visitor parking, 2 tennis courts, gym, steam room and sauna, poolside coffee shop/bar, BBQ facilities. The list just keeps going.
The unit is great for large families or groups, singles, couples and business travelers.
I give my guests space but am available when needed
For the kids there is the Wax museum, Slingshot and Adrenalin Park within a short walk. Once they have had enough of that there is always the 2 waterslides or any one of the 3 pools for them to enjoy. Not to mention the arcade/games room is not to be missed. For the adults, there are café’s and restaurants just to name a few. You’re within walking distance to the beach, shops and all amenities. The beach is literally 200m walk away . . you don't even need to pack the car. If you want to go into Surfers the tram is at your back doorstep and only 2 stops away, so very convenient.
Surfers Paradise has everything to offer - theme parks including Sea World, Dream World, Wet & Wild and Warner Bros. Studios. Sensational wine bars, dining, entertainment and Casino with live shows. It also offers pure relaxation, exploring the Hinterland, water sports such as sailing, surfing, parasailing and jet skiing.
As much as we are in the Sun City Resort, this is not a serviced apartment. It is a privately owned BnB. We pride ourselves on being personable and accommodating as much as possible.
There is a security camera over the entrance.
You will be requested to provide photo ID prior to check in.
A security bond of $550 is required prior to check in.

Although most of our guests do the right thing, the occasional abuse means that we must make you aware of the following:
• Keep noise to a reasonable level at all times and be respectful towards neighbours. We have a very strict body corporate, you are not to be outside on the balcony after 10pm and be mindful that noise in the unit travels.
• No extra guests in the unit. We do not allow un-booked guests in our unit at any time unless prior approval has been given.
• Strictly no smoking or drugs in the unit or on the balcony – please smoke downstairs
• Follow departure Check List when vacating
• Leave the property in a similar state to how you found it
• If keys are lost a fee of $300 will be charged for replacement
A deduction may be made from bonds if the above is breached in any way.
