The property was very conveniently located, only a minute walk to the beach and Broadbeach Mall. Spa had strong jets and was heated. Pool also seemed to be heated a bit. Bed and pillows were firm but didn't have any trouble getting to sleep. Water pressure in shower was good. .

Great location and nice clean apartments. Apartment got very hot in the morning, however there is air conditioning. So close to everything you need. Noise of the traffic was annoying throughout the day if you plan on staying indoors to work etc. Couldn't keep the front sliding door open due to noise traffic noise.

The room was quite spacious for a 1 bedroom unit. It had everything we needed but the only let down was that the ceiling fans didn’t work very well in the living areas. There was aircon though so it wasn’t a big issue. Located within steps of a myriad of food and dining options, we loved this resort and will definitely be back.

The property was clean and convenient. It was a little tired in terms of its condition. The carpet had a few dirty patches and the walks needed a bit of fresh paint. However, that sort of maintenance is unlikely to happen because the whole building has been sold.
