Disappointed

The view from the apartment is spectacular and it was very clean, however, there are a few things that were disappointing and impacted on our overall experience. Firstly, it was unbelievably hot and there are no aircons in any of the bedrooms. The aircon in the living area is on a timer and when I asked management to take it off we were told we would just have to get up and put it on through the night. The fans in the living area couldn’t be turned on by us and I asked management for some help which was not forthcoming until checkout we were told there’s a remote switch. The pool doesn’t open till 8am which is late considering it’s light at 5 and you can’t sleep because of the heat. This is supposed to be a deluxe accommodation and the little annoying things made it very overpriced. I could not recommend this property.

It was comfortable, I was warmly welcomed a d given lots of great info and assured of ease of contact for any enquiries I might have. Room was quiet, tidy and with all you would need. The view was lovely. It was a bit cool for the outdoor pool but the indoorcspa and saina were amazing !!!

The location was perfect for the GC600, not too far from the track to walk but far away enough that the noise wasn’t a disturbance. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it to others!!

Quiet apartment close to Surfers Paradise.

Spectrum is a well located Apartment in a quiet area close to Surfers Paradise. Lovely views over the river and parkland are assets. The older style apartment was spacious and well designed. Public transport is a short walk away. We would happily stay there again.

The balcony, view and location were great. Disappointed with the apartment itself. Not what we were expecting. The place had a very strong smell unless the doors were open. The comforter on one of the beds was dirty. Considering it’s a minimum of three night stay, we expected more supplies, like dishwasher soap and toilet paper.

Fabulous Apartment

Felt like such a treat to stay in this fabulous apartment with unbelievable views (even saw dolphins swimming past in the canal just across the road). Beautifully furnished, clean and such comfortable beds. Great location too. Very helpful apartment manager.

Clean Hotel/ Apartment & close to everything!

Our stay was only short, wish we could’ve stayed longer to take advantage of all the facilities. However, the apartment was clean, great views as we were on the 15th floor, close to all eateries, shops & beaches. Spectrum Holiday Apartments will be one of our choices of accommodation again when we visit the Gold Coast.

Comfortable stay

Spectrum apartments provide a comfortable stay, close to amenities and very quiet for the area. Room was clean tidy and appeared to have been re-furbished recently. Would stay there again.
