Stay overall was great , property was central to the places we were needing. Restaurant we ate at was great , food was fresh , full of taste and good service. Comment/ feedback really is the tiles in the lifts and shared areas from those using the pools become really slippery and unsafe for some footwear.

I highly don't recommend staying at this property. This property was not designed to be used as a resort and sadly it is, which means the Elevators are jam packed, I had to wait 30 Minutes to get to my room, another 30 minutes to just go up and down 5 floors to look at the 'resort amenities'. The property needs to provide warnings of the elevator issues, as it makes for an incredibly poor experience, I had to cancel my booking after the first night due to this issue and book to somewhere else.

The standard of finishing in the apartment was average, the roller blinds had huge gaps so the bedrooms are so bright from 5am, the floors are uneven going into the bathrooms. The couch was all stained. It’s disappointing for a property of this standard. The actual Star property and facilities are excellent.
