Best way to start the day with ocean views watching the surf and seeing the sunrise!! It will inspire you to get up out of bed and sink your toes into the soft white sand .This apartment has a large balcony to enjoy the seaview's. It is a old building but it is clean and tidy and in the best location ever. Shopping directly across the road. Cool trendy bars ,cafes,restaurants and all other attractions are close by.

Please note: This apartment is Pre-renovation. It is clean and Tidy and right in the Heart of Surfers, a street away from Cavill Ave and Mall.
