The quick 2 minute walk to beach is awesome! The pool, although we didn’t use, was incredible! We paid for a one bedroom and it was worth the few extra dollars! After driving all day, it was nice to have a large screen in bedroom side & in living room side for each of us to relax.

Zen getaway like for real?! Where.. it was warmer outdoors than it was indoors and maintenance never showed up.. what all are we paying for because breakfast is also pay as you go unless you get it added into your stay lol.. get real.. last time for me.. someone else can get these hard earned dollars!

Everything was as described at booking and exceeded our expectations. Especially the top-notch customer service! Staff went above and beyond to make sure our Thanksgiving holiday was as smooth as pumpkin pie. We travel to Jax frequently to visit family and look forward to staying here again. The smell of sewage from the moment we arrived was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was less than subpar- mold stains, no vent for circulation, the air vent was rusty, the paint was peeling and the toilet seat wasn't even properly tightened, which if they clean the toilet they should of realized the lid wiggled. The carpet in the room did not look clean. Overall we've stayed in better hotels for less with better views. They did offer a good breakfast selection and although we didn't get in the pool it looked very well kept.

The beds were comfy with nice soft pillows. The included breakfast was a nice plus. The bathroom was well appointed, with space around the sink for all our personal items and enough hooks and bars to hang the towels. We enjoyed a drink at the outdoor tiki bar, served by fun, efficient bartenders. The pool and surrounding area are very pretty, though we did not use it.

This property is beautiful! The pool and hot tub are awesome, and the view of the ocean is spectacular! The on-site outdoor bar and grill was fast, great service and delicious food. We enjoyed our stay and loved walking on the beach.

Very nice pool area along with the outdoor restaurant/bar with a five star view of the Ocean. Breakfast was also very good and we had a great view from the fifth floor to the ocean.
