The staff were all very friendly, the room was updated (for the most part), and clean. We ended up with a room facing the freeway, which was quite loud. The elevator ride was a scary one. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, and the pillows a bit too small. The breakfast was okay. The eggs, sausage and tater tots were all stale, as if they were microwaved. I opted for some fruit and water instead. The property is beautiful. They have a very nice courtyard and a nice indoor spot for relaxing, complete with massage chairs.

From the moment I arrived, the front desk was more than customarily pleasant, but instead made me feel at home. Nice, clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast and nice amenities. All around a great stay.

USB needs upgrades.
This is what I have found when staying at BW's the USB ports are poor, make sure you bring your own plugs to use the wall outlets to charge your phone/watches. Having 2 laptops, 2 iPhones 2 apple watches, you need adapters that work. I always have the adapters but some of the outlets were loose and plugs would fall out of the sockets, some sockets didn't even work at all. Found the bathroom had the best outlets.

Super cute place, the courtyard was great, we had a ground floor room, had an outdoor area, looking over some gardens. The free breakfast was great, would recommend the place.
