The hotel is dated, definitely different from the photos, BUT the staff especially the front desk staff Rainer (the FOA of the hotel) and team were amazing and so understanding when we decided to move to a different hotel after 1 night.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Very spartan, no-frills establishment, which is reflected in the incredibly low price for Makati. There’s no refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker or even phone in the room, but there was a hair dryer. Two full-size bath towels; no hand towels or wash cloths. There are a few good restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance and several Makati malls just a short taxi ride away. The hotel has a small parking garage under the building. For the price it is an excellent, economical option if you don’t plan on spending much time in your room.
