Amazing property. Multiple onsite restaurants, very large pool, very clean building and room. Safe neighborhood and good location, 7-11 in the same building, friendly staff. Will absolutely be staying here next time I visit.

The shag pile rug in the living area contained shards of glass and button cell batteries that could be very dangerous to small children. The daily room cleaning routine needs to include giving this rug a thorough shaking outside.

The entire building is outdated compared to the other hotels in Makati. No VIP upgrade however there were 6 units available daily during my brief stay. Very disappointing with Expedia over promoting member benefits that does not exist!

We had an excellent stay. The staff was great and the pool area was very nice. We had a small issue in the bath room and it was promptly taken care of even though it was at night. The next day they contacted us and told us we could move to another room or extend our check out time. Very first class service.
