Terrible parking arrangement for self driving individuals with a broken down car lift and remaining car lift located at the corner with absolutely little space to manuveur in to. Receptionist with horrific carefree attitude; pushing responsibility constantly to a hotel manager who has yet to give me a call back. Aircon/ Heater was noisy and has the tendency to turn off in the middle of the night, resulting in guests having to brace the Australia Winter cold under thin sheets of linen which is supposedly a blanket. Absolutely will not recommend people to stay in this hotel. Please don’t give it 4 stars and mislead users of your app.

The affordability is too good to be true. The hotel is shabby and the room was not well cleaned. There was rubbish left behind from a former guest. The towels were not replaced the whole time. The bed creaked. Even the complimentary tea and coffee was stingy.

Very disappointing stay no Bar or Dinning as advertised , the only heritage area available for enjoyment was the buildings facade , rooms were in need of paint very dirty scuffed walls , stretched lumpy carpet, reception staff local knowledge about dining options very poor , room was very bright due to lighting from adjoining offic block , very limited toiletries provide, no shower caps , very basic tea and coffee supplies in room international roast and black tea only ….. NO LUXUARY AT ALL. NO HERITAGE LOUNGE OR BAR OR DINING AREAS AVALIABLE contrary to web site MOST DISAPPOINTING STAY not at all like the images on the web site would not recommend staying here
