Terrific Property BUT many Unit/Property Management Issues
Positive: Long balcony w/nice inlet water view; great shower water pressure and temperature; air conditioning worked well; large bathroom;; and front desk helpful
Negative: Mandatory valet parking - they were overwhelmed; the unit had many problems that should be attended to which include safe doesn't work (batteries are low); there is NO broom or toilet brush in the unit; cleanliness upon arrival was fair to mediocre - crumbs in the kitchen area, stains on the dishes, rugs need to be replaced (we wouldn't walk on them with bare feet - really stained); most of the furniture was cheap and uncomfortable and made for folks who are short (except for kitchen table/chairs and balcony chairs); left handle on living room balcony door needs to be tightened; and sliders in both rooms need to be oiled for easy opening. For the price charged, all these things should be corrected.
