I’m disappointed first with Shuttle service, on top of Shuttle service Uber was ordered by me. Stand lamp in the room didn’t work, shower didn’t work properly, Aircondition wasn’t able to adjust, only option is turn off and on, when adjusting coldness didn’t do anything. Other than those few things it was alright.

The shuttle service was not reliable. After receiving a message from the hotel several times leading up to my arrival at the MIA airport, the shuttle never came. I waited for the shuttle almost 2 hours. I called the hotel 4 times, only to get a final answer that the shuttle broke down. When I finally arrived at the hotel, there were two shuttles. Someone clearly was not telling the truth. I also did not get any cookies. I was told they were out. As a statis holing Hilton Member I was also not offered an any water. They get an F.

Went to front desk asking a cup for an elderly that needs to drink her medication. She is not related to me, but I see the need. There’s a drink dispenser in the lobby but no cups available. I asked the short lady at the front desk, who went inside & was back telling me to ask the 2 busy persons accommodating a lot of people checking out (9/15/24). I expected her to walk an extra mile for the clients needs.

Sign in was slow because there was a women’s convention of 500 people signing in. It was one long line. It would have been better if they had a separate line for people who were not part of the convention. Other than that, we had an excellent experience and will definitely stay there again.

This is not a good hotel. The shuttle service from the airport does not run every 30 minutes like promised. The hotel front staff did not initially place in the correct room that I booked. Also, the rooms are too dimly lit, and the floors and decor were not clean.

We stayed at this hotel expecting a comfortable experience, as the reservation indicated that the beds would be queen size. However, upon arrival, we found that the beds were full size, which made our stay less comfortable. Additionally, we were surprised that the room did not have a microwave, something that is quite common in hotels of this category. These details really affected our overall experience, as we expected more comfort and better basic amenities.
