The check-in staff was amazing. There is a huge ball of hair in the toilet. They sent me a text, asking me about my room. When I replied, they did nothing couldn’t even use the pool. It was dirty and overcrowded very very loud.

The Embassy Suite International Airport location was decent. I reserved a purified room but when I arrived at the hotel my room wasn’t available so I was placed on a waiting list. Never was placed in the purified room.We did find a couple of baby roaches in the dining area of the room. There were other complaints from my group, but I only shared what I had experienced. To be honest, I probably won’t stay at the location again.

Property was clean and well kept, the staff that helped us were kind and helpful and did a great job. My only complaint being that the fire alarm went off at 11:30pm and was false alarm, and then again at 5:30am for a good 10 minutes or more and I got up and dressed and went looking for staff but couldn’t find anyone - it was turned off but sleep was difficult as a result

This is a very convenient Hotel, because it’s just a mile from the airport. The room is very large and clean. The breakfast is great! The only cons is I tried to have breakfast a few minutes before it’s time, before run to the airport to catch a flight and they didn’t permit it. So sad about that.
