Great shuttle from the airport, super fast check-in, healthy evening snack provided. Very nice breakfast provided (I am vegetarian). The room was clean and spacious...nothing not to like. Would recommend.

From the beginning of my say, it was very chaotic. The lines of the reception were insane. There was a lot of people a lot of garbage throwing all over the property. There was a lot of weight. I decided to go dying at 3:05. It was a long wait to get my order, it was a long wait to Even placed the order and that it was a long wait for me to even make my payment because they were not paying attention to me the room smells like cigarettes. There were multiple people smoking marijuana on the property. You can smell it. It was very uncomfortable. It was not what I expected from this specific hotel. I stayed at other properties from Embassy, but this one by far is the worst , the staff is very hostile. They’re very angry looking the it was not what I expected will have to return there. I have another booking on the 23rd for one night and at this point I can’t switch it, but this was one of the biggest disappointments in hotels that I’ve ever had, I was not happy at all with the Services . Reception they were very rude. Remove things from in front of you. They took the plates and the spoons. It was very chaotic if I have to describe it.

The hotel was essential enough. Stayed here 1 night before a cruise. Location kind of sucks if you want to go out or do anything outside of the hotel. There is absolutely nothing around if you don’t have a vehicle. Besides that and just for one night, it’s good enough

Nice and clean hotel. Useful amenities. Breakfast was nice and complimentary drinks was a plus. Good shuttle service. Staff may need some training and because of the volume of guests the lifts take a long time. But was a good hotel to stay for a few days.

The hotel is close to the airport and they provide free shuttle service. The free breakfast is great to have. The staff was kind. Only negative, our initial room had a roach and we had to move to another suite. The staff responded very quickly and moved us to another room. They should exterminate.

Our stay was far from pleasant as there were several small things that added up to a poor experience. First, just getting out of the parking lot requires you to tap your room card on a black pad that sits just in before you get to the keypad at the drop-down gate. Except no one explains this to you when you check in so... good luck figuring it out. We didn't, and had to go in and ask. Going to our room, we noticed a bowl of cereal on one of the credenzas as we got off the elevator on the ninth floor. The next morning, that bowl was joined by another and a stack of plates on the credenza on the other side of the elevator even though housekeeping had obviously passed the credenzas to get to the rooms. We know this because we had to squeeze our luggage between their carts and the railing. Additionally, in our room we found fake eyelashes on the bathroom sink. Overall, a very poor job by housekeeping. On our only night there, we had our son on the foldout couch in the living room but couldn't find a blanket or pillow. So, my wife and I went downstairs to the front desk after three attempts to get them to answer their phone. We stood in line for more than 25 minutes. One female employee took forever with just two customers, while the other male employee - in between glaring at the growing line - took 15 minutes to check out a guest buying beer and chips and then left his station (not to mention all of us standing there) never to return. We will never return to this hotel.

This was my first time staying here and it was by far one of the best experience ive had at a hotel. Very accommodating, from shuttle to free drinks at happy hr. Not to mention the free breakfast buffet. My trip to miami was perfect thank you.
