Bad management and staffing and thin walls. Its like the phub hotel, only if filmed for the dark web. Kids were always screaming in such a way that seemed off and wrong at night. Very traumatizing. Management did not care. Discrimination from the staffing. I have diabetes and need to eat 10 time a day. They flagged me as making too much trash. I then told them of my medical conditions. They said that i shoud have told them at check-in... which violated my rights. AMERICANS with disability act and all... layers advised me to sue. Avoid if you have a disability. Go if you have a mental disability.

We originally booked two nights, got in the first night and knew we needed to leave asap. The reviews when I first booked told a different story. Wish I would have saw the newer reviews before it was too late to cancel. If your booking to be close to the keys. Just pay the extra $50 for elsewhere. The staff were kind and were trying to help us get our second night refunded. The bed is uncomfortable, the room is very outdated. We just didn’t feel safe and didn’t feel clean (I think it was clean, but presentation of the room felt very ick) I can get if you are on a very tight budget or an emergency…

The front desk staff was very nice when we checked but the room was not very clean. The sink had ants coming out of the drain. The bathroom wall and door was very dirty and what appeared to be either blood or poop on the wall. And the hair dryer was filthy with what looked like makeup all over it. Woke up in the middle of the night to very loud music. Would not recommend this hotel!

We had a good stay, it's not a fancy place but served the purpose for the weekend. The beds were comfy, clean room, shower /water pressure was low, good options for breakfast, WIFI was terrible. Very quiet around the hotel. We were pleased with our Nascar weekend stay.

The property was dated, our door did not work properly and was hard to open. The shower curtain rod was rotted away from the wall. There were several cigarette burns on the bedding . There was spiderwebs and debris in the drawers. The mini fridge was rusted along the outside edges and listed to the left as if the floor was rotted. With the door having a huge gap around the top and bottom - you could see and hear everyone walking in front of it - full conversations- and several of the long term patrons did not seem the most trustworthy. The breakfast wad just bad - the eggs were hard and rubbery (hard boiled) the apple was mealy, the waffles grainy and the coffee was incredibly both burnt and weak at the same time (not close to drinkable)
