The staff at the property was most unhelpful. The temperatures in Miami dropped and it was cold and windy. At all times the air conditioner was running. This made the public areas very cold. The staff did nothing to resolve this situation. The heat in our room did not function properly. We had to put a towel at our door to keep the hallway cold air coming in. The heat did not work at all in the living area and the heat in the bedroom only minimally. There was no compassion for our situation. We also found that our hotel was not a Hilton property any longer. I suspect this is the reason for the extreme poor service. Will never stay at this Hotel again, even though it is very convenient to the cruise port and airport.

Convenient airport stop for a night. Issue is that the airport shuttle was full because they prioritized airline staff who were inside so you just wasted time waiting for it to then have 10 people prioritized ahead of you when you could have gotten an Uber. Don’t rely on it if you have a tight timeline.

Not sure if I would stay again.
The hotel was nice to hold our luggage while we explored Miami. I thought the room was ok until I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. The Cove restaurant was out of a couple items that were listed on the menu. The service was slow.

The property is filthy and not kept up. The carpet on the 5th and 11th floor was stained and smelled. There is an odor in the floors and rooms. Not sure the windows have ever been cleaned, so if you have a view, it’s gross. Even our room was gross. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. The shuttle was the best part of the stay. I’m pretty disappointed as I stay at Hiltons often. This one needs help. I would not stay there again

I thought we'd sleep in luxury for 11 hours before we boarded our cruise but we opened the door to the smell of mold, hair on the beds, funky sheets, dirty carpet, finger prints EVERYWHERE, showerhead not working, hair in tub, marks in the toilet. Just an overall horrible experience. Lobby looks good, room looked like a motel. Very surprising for the hotel chain.

The Service and people were fantastic, everyone from check in, check out and the restaurants. Location is very convenient, yet it is difficult to get to due to all of the toll roads that surrounds it - so being creative in where we were driving was a bit of a hassle. One microwave for the whole floor to share at the ice machine. Would have been nice to be in our own room. Super-mini fridge on the floor - pain to open the door and use for leftovers - which we didn't use up because of the lack of the microwave in the room. We reserved a suite which is very spacious - but it needs better amenities from the microwave, fridge and the bed was not comfortable

I arrived at noon and waited in the lobby until 4pm because "my room wasn't ready." They tried to upsell me to a different room. They should have contacted house keeping and prioritized the room since a customer was waiting for it.

Great proximity to airport, convenient for 1 night stay like mine. Only issue is the airport shuttle from the airport. I waited nearly 90mins, 4 shuttles went past, these were all full. It was 10pm and I gave up waiting and got an uber to the hotel instead. Shuttle to the airport from the hotel was good.
