This was our first time staying at Hyatt Place, although have stayed at Hyatt properties previously. The lobby is on the 2nd floor, and not clearly marked. There was no one there and had to find a staff member. The couches in the dining area were worn, the vinyl was peeling and frankly, unsightly. I expected more. Upon checking into our hotel, it was obvious the room was not cleaned well. There was a used water bottle on the side of the sofa and a couple retail tags on the floor, one of the pillowcases was stained. Although it was near the airport and convenient, it is in a flight path. The decor was nice and parking was easy but at $25 a night, very pricy for this type of property. It's not a property I would stay at again.

Just ok.
We arrived early since we got off a cruise ship. The attendant told us we could check in at 11 for an extra $25. When the other and better hotel let us check in early for free. They did have a luggage hold area. There was absolutely nothing to do or restaurants within walking distance. We had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes. Housekeeping did not come until after we left. We were there 3 days!
