- [ ] The area is really run down (not nice area of Miami)
- [ ] The hotel lobby furniture showed visible wear (like peeling pleather)
- [ ] The hotel could not find our reservation at first from Expedia and had to recreate it in their system
- [ ] When they recreated the reservation they charged me all over again for my room ($320) although I had already been paid in full months prior through Expedia. I had to argue with the front desk clerk and they were not going to help me, told me to get my refund from Expedia, only when Rosean showed up for work from the previous day would the new front desk clerk listen to my pleas that this was a special situation that they had worked out and helped us with the previous day. They did give me a refund for the new charges, but I was really disgusted that I had to argue with her to get anything done.
- [ ] The rooms has visible dust, dirt, mold and stains on walls, carpets, bathroom tile. Fingerprints on glass bathroom door
- [ ] The tv had burn marks into the screen that showed a lighter color in spots here and there.
- [ ] Housekeeping walked right in Without knocking
- [ ] Stained couch and pillows in room
- [ ] Bathroom ventilation did not work
- [ ] Sinks wouldn’t drain fast
- [ ] Second elevator out of order

- [ ] Rosean was amazing (front desk) you should give him a raise or bonus as he was the only positive part of our experience at the hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful.
