The property is new and clean, however I have stayed a few times and this past time i experienced a lot of noise coming from the hallway. The walls are thin, and every time someone opened or closed a door, you’d think it’s your own door that’s about to be opened, and it startles you. I was unable to sleep at times due to this issue. It was my first time staying on the 2nd floor, so perhaps this is why.
Also, I noticed that they intentionally do not have a microwave available in the room. At first i thought, perhaps it helps avoid the smell of food a little better. But then i realized that they’d like for you to purchase food from their restaurant located in the lobby. I know it’s not mandatory obviously. But i could have easily heated up takeout from other dining experiences i had outside of the hotel. And i couldn’t. So i ended up going downstairs or ordering ubereats because it was the most convenient thing to do. My point is, you end up spending more than you’d need to if you prefer to stay in a hotel with a microwave in the room.
The menu from the restaurant does not reflect the price they actually charge your food tab. The price is higher than reflected on the menu. The staff at the restaurant during the evening did not seem well prepared as well, and got my order wrong. They were not the friendliest either unfortunately.
I hope this review serves as constructive criticism.
