Property is under a massive renovation, loud noise lot of workers everywhere but not just that the rooms aren’t clean anymore carpet it’s really dirty. Rooms do smell terrible . The Pool area was great.

Worst hotel
Hotel is literally a construction zone and worked on rooms and property throughout the whole and noght. You can hear drilling all night long. Check in was a horrible experience. We paid for Ocean view and received a room facing scaffolding and a garage. Their excuse was ocean view is partial view. They did not try to accommodate us in any way First manager was rude and basically did not show any type of hospitality. When we finally received a room with a view the room was dated and stains on everything.

This was my third time staying here! We have a few favorite employees . Larry is amazing so helpful and friendly. Bryan an marco at the tiki bar are great and down to earth! The corporate ppl who use the top should be more friendly and polite they are always there! They are renovating still so improvements are in the way! Cleanwise i asked for plates and silverware the one fork was dirty and there was like dirt or dust in the dish-rack. We do live coming here because its right on the beach and our fav employees remember us and welcome us back. Beach is great love the pool only thing i can say bad is get rid of the pool vip bs i pay to stay i should be able to sit where i want by the pool thats all.

Give this a hard pass
The service here was horrible. They said they didn't receive a package of mine (my PASSPORT I had delivered) when the tracking said it clearly was. I had to go through the log for them and their handwriting was so bad and dates wrong that they THOUGHT they didn't have it. Staff was rude pretty much across the board and the room dirty with lots of bugs

We stayed here 3 years ago and had a better experience. This trip we had to be moved twice due to room condition and the third room we got put in was much better. Problem was Two of the nights we were there they were having events in their event room so it was extremely loud in our room until 11pm those nights. Pool area is very nice and I’m sure once the renovations are done the rest will be nice also.

They changed a lot
Last year we loved the hotel, but this year they made a lot of changes that I didn't like, for example the pool used to close at 10pm, this time they kicked us out at 7. Before we could order food from outside and eat at the pool, this time we ordered a pizza and they told us we had to go outside the hotel or to our room but that we couldn't eat near the pool. Very sad, we were disappointed.
