Had multiple room issues, had to change rooms 3 times in 12 hours. Paid a lot of money to stay here and didn’t think it was worth it. Staff gave a small credit on 1 night for all the issues. I’m not one to complain but there was way too many issues and I didn’t feel they did much to make my stay enjoyable

The hotel was fine for the price. We waited a while for early check in and had to come back to the front desk twice to see if the room was ready. Valet was more expensive than I expected and it was not very easy to call and get my car there was a lot of miscommunication. There’s apartments at this hotel (didn’t know that) so when you call down to get your car and they ask if you’re the owner they don’t mean the owner of the vehicle. I made that mistake and they spent far too long trying to figure out which car was mine. They didn’t even check my ticket when picking up my car they asked which one was mine and handed me the keys. The pool area was nice. I wish the room was a little cleaner but I figured they rushed since we were wanting to check in early. Overall the stay was fine.

Not amazing
The hotel is in beautiful location but unfortunately is not being maintained well. It is in major need of a remodel. It was clean, but drywall and bathroom finishes are chipping. The hallway smelled kind of like moth balls too. I would not have wanted to stay there more than one night. The resort amenities are lack luster.

It is an outdated property with the bathrooms either not draining properly or clogging. Housekeeping was fast at towel request. Valet needs 30 min heads up otherwise youll have to wait.

We had the worst experience ever, our vacation was ruined. Front desk personnel were extremely rude, and unfriendly, other staff were rude as well. The ceiling was leaking, the shower curtains were ripped and dirty and toilet seat is broken!

Nice stay
Hotel room was nice and clean. Larger fridge and kitchenette was nice. Ordering food was expensive so I was glad Publix and Walmart were nearby. Not enough green space to walk the dogs. Had to walk to the hotel next door for grass. Valet parking was a zoo but efficient. Patience was a key factor. Concierge service was great.

we were evacuating on a budget from hurricane milton, our reservations were paid before we left our home in st petersburg which, was devastated by hurricane MIlton.When we arrived to the hotel we were hit with high resort fees and parking, which was not mentioned in our reservations. We had to leave and drive through tornados to get to safe space back in lithia fl. It was so frightening and disappointing that at that crisis we were forced to leave and not refunded even though I paid cancellation fee

We stayed here during hurricane Milton as it was the only pet friendly hotel around with our budget. The room was beautiful and clean, the property was very nice and right on the beach, and the pizzeria on the bottom floor was delicious! The only issue we had is that the only parking available was valet parking and it took a very long time to get parked and they only had 1 luggage cart available so took even longer to get into our room with all our things. They charge 30 dollars a night extra for the valet parking on top of the room fee, so just be aware of that extra cost.

This is an outdated hotel but for the price is a good deal for a weekend getaway. Pool is nice but the beach is wonderful. The staff was amazing and is a nice area to walk but many restaurants.
