I thought the room was exceptional. It had a full size refrigerator and a jacuzzi bathtub! Comfortable bed and a spa tub, what more could you ask for!

This hotel is in poor condition. There was mould in the bathroom and in the vent over the door. The bathroom mirror was cracked, the toilet seat was broken and there were holes in the wall. Definitely not worth the money.

Location was amazing, Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room view was great as I chose the oceanfront. Pool, Pool side bar and access to beach was perfect. My kids had great fun both in pool and the beach. Dining options were very limited. Pizza i ordered from the cafe was not great as well. Outside street was walkable with kids, so couldn't explore a lot, beach side was fine. Self parking was not available and got to inform 20 minutes prior before leaving for the valet parking. Though room was good but bathrooms were very old, definitely need a renovation. Overall, experience was good.

Marco Polo was a favorite place where my parents worked as well as my grandparents came to enjoy the beach area. I really enjoyed revisiting after many years. Some of the appliances need refreshing but otherwise we really enjoyed it. Thank you.

The room was good , beaside the bathroom was not working , the shower was broke and the smell of the room was humidity. Please definetily you need to remodelate the bathroom overall

Atencion poco amable y cosas que funcionan mal
El aspecto general del hotel ha mejorado, pero en ambas habitaciones en las que nos alojamos había artefactos defectuosos (tostadora que emitía humo al usarla, anafe destartalado y en mal funcionamiento en la habitación 1129, horno microondas que apenas funcionaba en la habitación 324). La pileta es un punto alto, pero al cobrarte un resort fee sería adecuado que te dieran servicio de PLAYA también. Los empleados no son cálidos, ni amables en general. Las interacciones con el personal no han sido buenas solo exceptuando a JOHN en la recepción y a VICTORIA en el valet parking, ellos han sido lo mejor de nuestra estadía, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. Finalmente, por más que el Hotel no es caro, la experiencia no termina siendo buena. Pensaría seriamente volver a hospedarme en el hotel.

Quaint, older hotel in nice location on the beach with a great heated pool with a bar for snacks and drinks nearby. Rooms are older and need a little repair, but ours had a lot of space and beds were very comfortable. Had a nice balcony with a good view of the ocean. We will return to enjoy this place sometime in the future.
