Loved that they have 24/7 free shuttle service to Miami Airport. Was able to do an early check-in, after my cruise was over. The property had a washer n dryer. Washed my clothes and didn’t realize until after I was done that the dryer was broken. Called guest service and I was lucky to have them dry my clothes for me. Food was convenient, ate there twice. Comfortable king size bed a plus… recommend this property for sure. Mahalo to everyone…

after a long walk down the hallway very last room on the hall key does not work. Front desk attendant offer no apology says I now have to be in a queen room and tosses the back the key to me. The elevator is filthy. The room smell smells like smoke.
