The elevators need replacing. They are far too slow. I will not stay again. Except for staying on the 19th floor taking the stairs would have been faster. However staying on the 19th floor allowed for a beautiful view of the beach. So it was a catch 20-20.

The rooms are very clean and updated. Only downfall is the pool. For the size of the resort the pool is extremely small.

I have stayed at this property many times. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. The valet parking employees are quick and efficient. They changed the rules regarding the daily credit and did not inform me upon check-in. They give a $10 daily food and beverage credit and in the past if you did not use that it would come off your bill at the end. This time they said rules changed and I lost 10 days worth of credit. I wish I Was informed of this otherwise I would have used it. The staff at the beach were rude. People brought starbucks coffee and outside food and they didn;t say a word to them. I had water and fruit and was told I cannot have that because the kitchen staff would forbid me from having it. Whenever there was a dark cloud which is common in Florida they would run and close umbrellas.

Cons: --There was no microwave in the room --Only one chair at the balcony and no table in the room , just a small desk so you have to enjoy the ocean view at the balcony alone Pros: nice staff, can get to ocean beach right from hotel, sauna
