Heat didn't work. Room temp 62. Heater made a horrible noise. Got to room 9:30 pm with a 5 am wakeup. Called maintenance at 11:30 pm after room getting colder. His solution was to shut off heat with a smart comment 'all fixed' no sleep. Froze all night
