Super friendly staff and knowledgeable. Very clean facility and convenient. The only thing that I will suggest is some type of notification when the pool is not open for whatever reason that can be. Everything else was perfect!!!

This was my 4th stay at this property. All the previous stays were excellent. Shout out to Tanya and Eduardo for their great customer service. This time, the staff who checked me in was a jerk. I checked in late due to a delayed flight. I wanted to get to my room ASAP as I was very tired. He asked for my Bonvoy # so I could get an ice cream bar. When I couldn't find it, he said he couldn't give me the bar. So, I signed up again with Bonvoy just to get a number. But the worst part was he gave me the farthest room on the 3rd floor. He did this after I had told him I was very tired.

Pick up at the airport we only had to wait about 15 minutes for the shuttle. The staff was very hospitable and starting with Tanya Valentina Manuel Crystal in the restaurant and our shuttle driver Eduardo very knowledgeable and helpful. It was very clean and organized Run Hotel. The next time we come to Miami I will definitely be booking at this hotel.

The shuttle service was excellent along with the breakfast. We stayed the day before our cruise and the day after. All staff were very friendly and professional. The Alfredo in the restaurant was very good.
