The place was very clean. When we were there they had hockey teams throughout the hotel and they were very noisy and loud all through the night. The breakfast was delicious especially the pancake making machines. Parking for the hotel is pretty bad. As parking is limited.

Should manage your guests regarding share environment. People just take over the share space as their own and dirty it. On top of that is loud and noisy yelling from the kids. They are playing with elevators, pressing every single floors, it was wasting my time having to deal with them.

My stay at Comfort Hotel was disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here. After accidentally leaving a toiletry bag with essential medication and a custom retainer worth hundreds of dollars, I called the hotel multiple times, each time promised a callback that never came. The next day, I finally reached someone who insisted housekeeping had not found it, despite their policy to report lost items. Given the importance of these items, the lack of transparency and follow-up was extremely frustrating. When I finally spoke with the manager, he was rude, dismissive, and kept interrupting me. I explained calmly that I wasn’t accusing anyone of theft, suggesting it could have been misplaced or thrown out by mistake, but he accused me of lying and abruptly hung up, even telling me to call the police if I thought my belongings were stolen. I was simply seeking help, not placing blame, and this unprofessional response only added to the frustration. On top of these issues, the hotel had maintenance and cleanliness problems. The smoke detector in our room was hanging off the wall, forcing us to change rooms, and in the new room, discarded items like a vape and sunflower seeds were found under the bed. Staff repeatedly knocked on our door to ask when we’d check out, despite our scheduled late checkout. Comfort Hotel lacked basic respect, cleanliness, and honesty—if you value professional service, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Not a great experience all around. Waited for 5 minutes to check in as no one was at the front desk, the room was fine, I find it odd that there are no instructions or even a fire plan posted in the room. The room was not properly cleaned including a clothing sticker half stuck to the wall, hair and soap residue in the shower. Cable cut out half way through watching a show and choppy internet access…. And woken up in the middle of the night with doors slamming in the hallway. There are hundreds of hotels in the area, would definitely choose another hotel for a future stay
