I was in a room with an adjoining door and I could hear my neighbours as clearly as if they were in my same room. There was a 1.5inch gap under the door between our rooms, no rubber sweep or bottom to stop any of the noise.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely unpleasant. On the first night, I purposely chose to upgrade my room type for a better stay. However, the upgraded room was surprisingly close to the elevator and the noise of the elevator running was unbearable. As a result, we brought the situation to the front desk's attention in the hope of changing to a quieter room. Unfortunately, the situation did not improve with the second room. There were only two doors separating this room from the neighboring room, and even the tiniest sound from the next room could clearly reach our ears. It was almost difficult to sleep at night and seriously affected the quality of our rest. When we expressed our dissatisfaction to the hotel and requested for a refund to change the hotel, the hotel insisted on the original booking policy and refused our refund request. This kind of service attitude is very disappointing, and it is obvious that the hotel is more concerned about the policy than the customer experience. Overall, the soundproofing of the hotel was very poor and the service attitude was unacceptable. Strongly do not recommend this hotel, especially for travelers who are looking for a quiet restful environment, this place may make your trip torturous.

Unkept, stale smelling dirty room
The room was not the cleanest the curtains were not covering the wondow, the lifhtcpost was upbtobpur window ans so the beaming brodgt light was in the epom all night, for a king size room rhe wash room was a standing showwr only and needes to be cleaned the outaide shower stall had black build ups. The worst paryvi was not able to work, there was no wifi and I was not able ro get any work done. The toiled paper was stained by the green package showing how old the paper was aitring there. The room was nor smelling fresh, it smelt like itvwas locked up, unused for some time and needed a fteshen up, all the appliances in the room were dirty.

The room was big, which was great, but the road noise was terrible all night. The noise in the hallway and room above was also pretty bad. We heard the elevator chime all night. We heard every move the neighbour above us made. Otherwise the staff were great and the room was clean.

I would have rated a 5 but deducted 1 for the room size - it was very small with no closet or place to put luggage. The place is good for a night or two stay. I deducted another 1 because there were flies/insects all over the room throughout my stay. It asked for an insecticide spray but didn’t get it. The maintenance staff came to look at it but nothing happened- we cam back to our room to still meet the flies. No one asked about it. I texted the manager via expedia but never got a response. I had a baby with me so imagine the stress of having to keep the flies away. It was really bad! And then the AC was leaking in the room, we had to use a bowl and a towel. I’m hoping that’s not how all their rooms are but if that’s how they all are, then I won’t recommend. The staffs were good at room service. They were friendly and nice.
