We had a quick check in. The information on the manager's reception is incorrect on the hotels website. This has nothing to do with Expedia. The webpage lists the managers reception from 4-5:30. The actual reception is from 3-5. We showed up at 5:00 and told that we missed the reception. The check-in desk did give us our drink coupons, but then the bar would not redeem them. The breakfast in the morning was minimal and did not meet the normal fare you see at an Embassy Suites. There was a hot buffet, but it was missing much of the fresh fruit and it lacked an egg station. Our room was clean, but was small. It was a suite, but not the standard size for a room at this chain. The hotel is too large for how its elevators were designed. You will have to wait depending on what floor you are on. Our room had a partial falls view. We could not see the American falls, but had a great view of the Horseshoe Falls.

It was a very great stay but there was two negative things that happened The only negative things was that they did not clean the room everyday if I wanted it clean I had to book a 4 night stay to have and the other negative was the breakfast was not good it was the first Tim that I have had bad breakfast at embassy suites

My husband and I traveled to Niagara Falls for our anniversary. Upon check in, the employee was very polite, and upgraded us to a suite with a FULL view of the falls. The room was very clean and spacious, but the view was EVERYTHING! Absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend this hotel!

Always a wonderful experience. Unfortunately the gentleman that checked us in had no personality and didn't look at us even once during the check in period. This however isn't the normal experience with the staff at this hotel. Otherwise the experience was as expected wonderful as always. Highly recommend this hotel.

I found this hotel and experience to be excellent. It is clean, and in a fantastic location. My only complaint is that on the busy Thanksgiving Monday, the elevator situation could have been faster. Breakfast was adequate, and the earlier you go, the quicker you get seated. There's a Starbucks on site, and my only complaint is that they are significantly more expensive than a regular Starbucks restaurant/kiosk. Also, they don't scan your app for points. I hope this changes in the future, especially given how expensive they are. Parking on site is ridiculously expensive as well, but as I stated, it is in the optimum location and secure. I will definitely stay here again.

I e never been so mistreated and frustrated in any hotel or even hostel in the world. The only nice service at this place is the valet parking. Which was under explained and over charged. They only cleaned out room once while we’re there and only after we pushed them. We had come breakfast and in a setting that was like a day camp. We could even get wine glasses to our room. We booked a water view through Expedia then they pushed us to upgrade as the rooms were not ready. I honestly never complain but this place deserve a 3 star if that!! Everything else with Expedia was great, flights and car were perfect
