There were so many people working at the Embassy Suites in Niagara Falls. We stayed just before Christmas so I don’t know if it was because of that or if they always have so many staff working. There were many people directing traffic outside, opening the doors, and directing lobby traffic (to the elevators and for breakfast). It was a real treat to have so many people helping us out each step of the way. We got a free upgrade which was super nice and whenever we called down for extra bedding or towels they brought some up right away. The only things that were a bit off was some dead bugs in the shower curtain and no one cleaned our room the second day we were there (we stayed three days two nights). Overall we loved the size of our suite, it had ample seating (a sofa and two arm chairs) and a desk with two chairs. We needed the door separating the two rooms and bar sink with refrigerator. This room also had another sink with mirror and a small stool too. Our room looked down into the neighbouring hotel but it was okay for us (not for them).

Great accommodations for a family of 6. House attendants were very friendly and helpful. Dining staff in lobby were very helpful. Shuttle service overall was good except for once we waited for about 25 min outside in the cold. Pool area was good but just very busy and overcrowded and noisy (which was around 8:30 pm or so with alot of kids) Perhaps like other hotels not allow young children in the hot tubs. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast for the family and drinks. Check out was quick and easy as well. Great place to stay with many amenities!

We check at 4:00 and they gave us the room 2404 and we enter the there’s is food in counter and the room is uncleaned, we waited for 15 minutes after i let the front desk know that the room is not ready, after 15 mins my partner went down to front desk because my 3 years old son is grumpy and we are all tired from Toronto but it takes 10 minutes again for us to get in the new room that they gave us.i expected to much maybe that’s why i’am so dissapointed because i chose this today for my birthday to stay.

The property is seemingly well cared for and the staff were quite friendly and helpful. Our room was really hot and the thermostat didn't seem to be working. They sent a service technician within 10 minutes to look at it. He was able to improve the situation, although it remained too warm and we just turned off the heat completely. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, but unfortunately most of the hot items were cold. The parking shuttle was a great option and allowed us to explore the area with in and out privileges with the lot. Overall our stay was great, with a few hiccups along the way.

Great customer service. Staff is very kind and willing to help with anything unlike most other hotels. They treat you as royalty, expect to have your doors opened for you! There were 2 separate hot tubs along with the main pool. The only downside with the main pool was how shallow it was, but it wasn’t too much of an issue. For breakfast, there is more than enough seating with every breakfast item you could ever ask for.
