Disappointing Experience: Noise Complaint Ignored My husband and I had a terrible stay here during the Niagara triathlon weekend. We booked a room hoping for a relaxing night before the event, but our plans were ruined by a loud parking lot party our first-floor room, literally outside of our room. A group of over 10 people drank, played loud music, and laughed loudly until late. Despite two complaints to the front desk, the issue persisted. Therefore, we had to approach the group by ourselves at 10:30 PM, they dismissed our concerns, telling us no one from the hotel had spoken to them. The hotel's inaction was appalling. No effort was made to address our noise complaint or enforce quiet hours. Unfortunately, we will never return to this hotel for future events.

We visited with other couple, we were lucky enough to get 5th floor and it was quiet. But our friend was put on 1st floor, despite the requesting to get higher ones, they said it’s sold out, while we had next room vacant?! We were there for half Ironman race, and the Rest was very important! But our friend who had the window knocked by strangers outside who played loud music n partied till 1am!! Despite reporting to reception, they did very minimal. I know my friend will not review so I am reviewing on behalf.

Property is in desperate need of being updated. Room smelled moldy and you can see that carpets needed to be changed and bathrooms had mold in a few areas. Offered free breakfast that was ok and servers for breakfast were great but hotel front desk person woman at night was cold when you mentioned anything about the rooms and said all the rooms smelled. Would not go back again because of the poor condition of the rooms. If you are desperate for low rates for rooms than this can be an option but don’t expect a nice room. 3 star only because of the breakfast staff otherwise it would be 2 star.
