The rooms were smelly, dusty and the sink was broken. Overall the rooms were in very poor conditions. We had to switch to another room because of the foul odour and overall dirty room,and even the second room was below average. I will not be returning to this hotel. Very dissapointing.

It's a good walk to actually get a view of the falls. Parking is an additional $30/night CAD. There is an IHOP on site, but no breakfast included. Nothing special, but beds are comfortable and it's reasonably clean.

Room had a smell whenever I opened the door and walked in. That was a put off. Great location, walking distance to Niagara Falls.

There was some communication issues at check in, however they were eventually resolved. Ended up with a charge for a movie, but after check out a mangaer called and reimbursed that charge. That was super appreciated! Overall clean, quiet, a great place to stay, I would definitely stay again and recommend to others

3 times door cards didn’t work so I had to ride the elavator 6 times up and down 7 floors,tv didn’t work ,remote had dead batteries ,pillow had stains on it,was charged 20-25$ just to park,like when does a hotel charge you to park your car,unreal,then I was charged another 5-7$ for amenities fee,because the pool that’s already paid for in the cost of the room isn’t enough so I was charged to use the swimming pool,never stay there again,rip off.

The pool was rather cloudy kinda gross the arcade look bad like lots of games didn't work and my biggest disappointment was not having a mini fridge everywhere I've stayed so far has had a mini fridge I can prepared with drinks for the fridge

The main service was good, but the place was run down for the amount I paid. I paid similar amount few years back near the fall plus breakfast and the room was great with all the necessary equipment plus a free wine and chocolate tour. I was a bit disappointed.
